Verse Airdrop
VERSE, which launched in December 2022, is Bitcoin.com's rewards and utility token. The Bitcoin.com Verse team is developing a generous airdrop program to reward active community members and align incentives. The goal of the program is to create sustainable growth and adoption of the Bitcoin.com Verse ecosystem, which includes:
- The multichain Bitcoin.com Wallet app with over 50 million self-custody wallets created
- An award winning News platform with millions of monthly active readers
- The cross-chain decentralized exchange Verse DEX
- A suite of engaging dApps aimed at educating and safely onboarding users into the self-custody model where they can benefit from the growing opportunities available.
Airdrops of VERSE tokens will be allocated from the 35% of total supply that is dedicated to ecosystem incentives, as described in the white paper. In July 2025, VERSE holders voted to proceed with an initial airdrop to reward "active Ethereum users of the Bitcoin.com Wallet app." Additional airdrops are under consideration, though details have not yet been made public
